What tuning options do we have here?
Since this car is N/A, no turbo, tuning directly is probably not possible.

I was thinking getting a piggyback chip such as the Unichip

Car makes standard 85kw 166nm
Would love to see the 90kw 175nm+ region

Anybody looked into this or tuned theirs yet?

I remapped my turbo 1.0 from 99Bhp to 124Bhp, obviously a non turbo would expect less of a gain but it could be done. The main issue was the ECU used a modern well locked chipset that took a little while to get cracked.

That's quite a nice jump, I'm sure the difference is significant!
All modern cars seem to have their ECU protected from flashing, nowadays they open up the ECU and do flashing directly on the chip itself

Non-turbo cars usually gain about 7- 10hp with a piggyback chip, very little and sometimes not really noticeable.

I guess I'll rather ask the local tuning shops in my area :)

It took at least a second off the 0-60, it is more focused on low end torque rather than top speeds so my torque at 2000 has doubled! Peak power is at 4250rpm. Peak torque of 186ft/lb at 2600 rpm.

Totally changed the way the car drives on normal roads.
