Hi Guys, I am new to this forum so HELLO..
Iam getting very frustrated with a problem with my Tucson.
I have a Hyundai Tucson diesel 2006 with 90,000 miles on the clock.
My problem is as follows.
After the car has been stood say 10 hours it wont start. If I start it with easy start it will start and continue to start, but after its been left again it wont start.
I have had changed or looked at the following.

Battery checked
All sensors and wiring checked
Crank shaft and cam shaft sensors changed.
Fuel lines checked
Injectors removed checked and one replaced.
Cat cleaned and re fitted.
Seals in high pressure pump replaced.
Fuel pump in tank checked
fuel filter replaced and pipework checked
Glow plugs replaced.
etc etc
It has been to hyundai and they say it is not an electronic fault and no engine check codes are available.
they told me it was an injector fault but the injectors have been removed tested and one replaced at their say so.

Any one got any ideas why it wont start.....?????

I had the same problem with an 07 tucson which was the actuators in the doors draining the battery. Solution was open and close all windows open and close the doors off the drivers door.

this solved my starting problems.
