Tow-bars are available for pre 2014, i10 models but not for my 2016 model!
I have been told that this model is classed as "a none towing vehicle"!
Does anyone know if this is true?

I don't know myself, but have you read through your owner manual? To be honest, the only way you will get a correct definitive answer, is to ask your local Hyundai dealership or phone customer services.

What do you intend towing?

Tow bar mounts are available in Holland for Dutch i10 variants, however it is only to be used to support a bicycle rack, and not tow a trailer.
