I have a 2013 sonata limited with aftermarket 17 inch rims with yokohama avid ascent tires but they are a little noisy so the tire shop agreed to replace them with Michelin defender t and h but mine are rated 94v I believe will it matter. thanks

Yes you are correct. A V is a V. But you will never do the 24 hours of driving required to test the limits of R,H,T,V,ZR.
Both tires are high mileage rated. There is some BS, because the tester says the tires adhere very well to the road.
High mileage tires can't adhere very well. The rubber is harder than usual. So its your call.
