Engine cranks slowly after standing for a while ...

I left my i10 Comfort (2010) to take a weeks holiday and on returning the engine only cranked slowly. This has happened twice.
The first time I replaced the battery, which made no difference. The roadside recovery thought it was a lazy starter motor and tow started it.

The second time, the main dealer removed the spark plugs and reported that the engine spun over fine. On replacing the spark plugs it then started as normal.
They wouldn't venture as to what the problem was, but I guess it could be oil draining from a hydraulic chain tensioner or from hydraulic tappets which caused tightening of the engine.

Whatever, the solution is simple: remove the plugs, spin the engine over and replace plugs.

Hyundai Grand i10 face-lift 2017 (Asta)does not have key, per say, like the usual other car key. (is this right? as i am not given the key like 'traditional one). My point is that what happens when the key battery runs out and not available in the (Kathmandu, Nepal) market?
