Timing Belt

I own a 2003 Hyundai Sonata 2.7L engine. I removed the serpentine/drive belt and also removed the serpentine tensioner so I could look and feel my timing belt behind the timing cover. The belt looks completely fine and is not hard. The belt is tight between bottom crankshaft sprocket and the top left camshaft sprocket with no flex (tensioner seems fine) except it has about 2" of play between the top left cam sprocket and the middle pulley. Is this play normal? Please see attached diagram. The belt has about 65K miles.

there is far too much free play, change your belt, its overdue for change anyway, its not worth the risk.
