Probably the TPS unit is bad, maybe the wires.

It's a little sensor thingy on the intake in between the throttle plate and rubber intake hose. It is not a crank position sensor. It's pretty easy to replace and doesn't cost much.

Why don't you just clear the code and see if it comes back?

Yeah, just pull off the negative battery cable for a minute or two, should do it.
