I am wondering if anyone has experienced this before or has some suggestions on how to troubleshoot it.

The steering seems to "stick" most frequently on the highway. It becomes difficult to turn the wheel past about 30 degrees and eventually it kind of breaks free and goes back to normal. It seems to happen randomly, so it is difficult to reproduce the issue. However, it is frequent enough to experience it within a 15 minute drive on the highway.

I am not experiencing any loss of power steering fluid or whining sounds when turning, so I am not sure where to go from here.
