Long story hope you stay to the end!

Soft brakes replaced fluid with dot 3 bleed up. Still soft..
No leaks, Greased up all brakes slides. Still soft..
Replaced 1× front and 1 × rear caliper as pistons were tight. All disc brakes, Bleed up, still soft..
Visually watched all pistons moving.

Maybe 3/4 Times abs has gone off in 6 months but no light on. Thinking it may be the abs unit but sick of just throwing PARTS at it. Any ideas Legends?

Pinch off hoses and test.

Master Cylinder could be the culprit. It could be on the way out.
In your case I would check #4, & #7, on this list.
