Hi All,

I have a 96 SFX Coupe, bought it new...........I am a little concerned that the engine warining light comes on now and again (after the car has been driven for a awhile)........I don't experience any problems, no engine noise, no oil loss, no coolant loss, and no power loss. I have stopped once or twice and given the cables a wiggle and the problem goes away for a couple of weeks. Any thoughts

I am also looking for a good mechanic/specialist in Sydney AU.........any suggestions?

firstly, when the CEL (check engine light) comes on, it is mostly emission related. best is, to have your Hyundai Tech check the system for fault codes.
