For the most part, you can DIY if you have the ability..
Make drawing of how belt is routed so you can simply install new belt in corect fashion...
I do them on rack, very easy... remove right front tire, remove panel, use swivel socket, long extension, and long breaker bar, turn tensioner and flip belt off.
Route new belt, turn tensioner and flip belt back on last pulley.
Pitty the person who has a 2.4, I hate doing those... the new belt is a weeeeee bit shorter, and almost takes 2 people to re-install new belt... pain in butt.
