Does the Australian DM 2.2CRDI have a DPF? The manual indicates both DPF and non DPF models. There is nothing in the exhaust pipe below the car that looks like a DPF but I am unsure of the cylinder just below the exhaust manifold next to the turbo. I have read so many differing opinions on this.

Yes, it's directly off the exhaust manifold. You won't see it under the car. The cylinder is the DPF

Thanks for responding. I don’t think the image you sent looks like I have. Your image shows several pipes and a sensor which is what I thought it might look like. What I have looks like a rusty straight walled cylinder with nothing attached to it. Please see the following photo.
