We have been very pleased with our Santa Fe (2011) and with our new Eqqus (2013) but on 10/18/13, the Santa Fe would not start and we used your roadside service which performed very well. What did not perform well was Hub Hyundai on Katy Freeway in Katy, TX. The service tech writer was not interested in helping us and when he did, he was sarcastic telling us we probably needed gasoline in the car. We left the dealership with the promise that we would be called when the problem was found. After not hearing anything for 4 hours, I called and was told that the fuel pump was out and that the part would not be in until 10/23. We requested a loaner and we were told that all of the loaners were out. We bought the Santa Fe from this dealership and we were going to buy an Eqqus from them but after waiting 30 days for one to come in we went to Texan Hyundai in Richmond and drove out the same day with the new Eqqus. We have since used Texan for service of both vehicles but the roadside service delivered our stalled Santa Fe to Hub. If Hub Hyundai was our only choice, we would not buy your product again. Roy, sorry to hear about the issue with your Santa Fe and the dealership. How many miles are on your Santa Fe? Which engine does it have?

It sounds like Mr. Kirk may be under the impression that this site is run/ monitored by Hyundai? (i.e. it reads like he is submitting a complaint to Hyundai...)

Roy Kirk,

This site isn't part of Hyundai USA.

You can contact the proper people via the phone at 800-633-5151, email at [email protected] or through their website at myhyundai.com. To facilitate your conversation and results you'll want to include the VIN # for the car involved.

Good Luck
