In simple words, remove hose/tube at each end and fish it out..

The pressure hose from pump to spool is a nightmare.

If you have a rack, best thing is to just drop the subframe with rack attached and replace the lines that way.. seperate the pressure hose at joint by bank 1 cam cover so you leave just the upper portion attached to pump till after frame out, and seperate the return at RF corner of frame so it stay with frame when it come out..

Swap the tubes out in the open, and hoof the frame back in place

Remove passenger inner fender and tire , also plastic cover in front of timing cover if it's still there, usually 4 ten mm bolts.

Dig up a set of crow foot wrenches or flared nut wrenches for tight access .
Find a friend who has a full hoist if possible; very awkward just using a floor jack and stands.
