Replacing Atoz Driver's Door Glass

Hi everyone.

I'm new to this forum so hope you old hands will be able to help me out. My wife's Atoz had its drivers door window glass shattered last week and I have a replacement glass to fit. I have seen how to get the window winder off. Does anyone have any useful advice / things to avoid they can let me know about?
