On my trunk, i have a dealership advertisement.
What is the best way to get this off myself, without ruining the paint on the car?
I'd like to have it look like this plastic piece was never there to begin with!
Ive heard that i could use a hairdryer, and i also heard it can be accomplished with a boxcutter.
Hairdryer could ruin the paint cant it? and the boxcutter, wouldnt that leave glue on the car?

Attached is a picture of what im talking about, i took it late at night, so excuse the picture being so dark.

Thankss!!!!

Likely put on with 2 sided 3M tape.. hairdryer to warm the thing and the tape (not heat to melt), and a plastic spatula to provide mild leverage to peel the thing off.

WD-40 will suffice to remove the last of the stick remnants...

Better yet, ask the dealer to remove it, that way if they mess it up, it their fault, they had no business putting it on there anyway..

I have heard of people asking for advertisment $$ to drive around with the dealer logo affixed to the car.
