My i20 is due an MOT inspection shortly; the rear wiper blade needs replacing; how do I remove the wiper blade? Seems like a nightmare!

Sorted!

Bought a replacement Bosch wiper from Halfords, the rear of the packaging suggested that you just use force - it worked and I got through the MOT without any advisories :)

Just curious about your MOT inspection process in the UK.

How often and what is the cost involved.

Is emissions from tail pilpe also tested.

Ownership transfer requires a successful MOT and a certification ?
Cheers

The test is annual for vehicles over 3 years old.
Test centres can legally charge up to £54.85 for a car but is often cheaper, especially when bundled with a service.
Tail pipe emissions are tested, the limits depend on the age of the vehicle and engine type (petrol or diesel).
No need for a new MOT on transfer of ownership.
