I have a 2019 model i800 which has been converted to a campervan. It is the Satnav model but the radio reception is very poor compared to my previous Hyundai i800 2011 model. The old model had a stubby rubber aerial on the roof near the drivers corner. The new one has no visible aerial. I don’t know if the conversion to a campervan has altered anything to do with the radio. Does anyone know where the aerial is in the new models? The FM reception only finds a handful of channels and there is no AM reception at all.

I think the aerial on the newer iLoad vans are on the roof at the rear. I'd imagine the i800 would be the same. Does your camper have a modified roof?

If I helped you fix it, why not...

Your support is greatly appreciated

Maybe they had to remove the aerial to modify the roof...
