Tonight I was on a long stretch of highway and used a couple of features I don't often use together - LKA/LFA and cruise control. I noticed that after I had LKA/LFA on, when I started cruise control, my head up display said "HDA". I quickly gathered that HDA was a multi-function function which included cruise and LKA/LFA, but was left wondering if it includes any other highway assist features. If it's just CC + LKA/LFA, then why have something called HDA. If there's more to HDA, anyone know what other functions it has? Tnx.

There are a number of settings and controls around HDA. Main one being that when the motorway speed limit changes it will also update on the cruise control. Check your user manual (available on the in-car screen too) for further details. Just search for HDA.

LKA - Lane Keeping Assist
LFA - Lane Following Assist
HDA - Highway Drive Assist

HDA is supposed to be augmented with map data and not solely relying on the painted lines.
