Pricing???

Does the pricing from the build and price off the Hyundai Canada website come close to what a dealer sells a vehicle for? Reason I ask is that I priced out sport version with manual which is 27K+taxes+Freight/PDI+interest= $32,xxx in my province. The one dealer I went to and got a price for the exact same thing wanted almost $38K. How can there be such big difference? We are talking close to 19%. That is just the car, no accessories.
