Has anyone else noticed this piece sticking out on the edge of the hood? It is only raised on the drivers side and I am not able to push it back in. Any advice on how to get it flush?

No luck pushing back in. The piece is pretty rigid.Have you tried pushing it down and see if it snaps back in place?
