Hello gang. Been a long while since I've posted in here. My little Accent SE and I have had many years of fun and the adventure continues. Today she's got just over 120,000 miles and still runs like new. The full body pic is to show off the fact that the paint is still shiny and purty. To this day random people walk up to me and wanna buy it. Down here in southern california where we get excited if gas is less than 3 bucks a gallon people really notice a gas sipper like mine. The second pic is showing off what we proud Accent hatchback owners already know: helping a friend move? Who needs a truck?! Love that space!!
Lots of room with these little hatches.

I should have yaken a picture of my Accent Saturday evening. After that nice picture of a hand wash and wax, showing it covered with dirty grease would have been a good contrast!

(I applied another application of hydraulic oil to the body panels and underside, and then drove through a sand pit a few times! ;) )

No caliper issues to report. They are 4x100 14x6, offset 45mm. They weigh in around 10.5lbs a piece without a tire. I highly recommend them if you ever come across any for sale!
Maybe Im wrong but from what I remember reading on the forums here or someplace else, the early miata daisy wheels will rub the caliper. Those ones you have are from a later model.

Hey everyone, this is my first post here. I have had my '09 GLS for a few months now and have been lurking around the boards for a bit. Since I had some pictures I figured I would share.

The GLS is bone stock, with the only mod on it being a Kenwood radio the previous owner installed. Well, that and the the new door check strap I put in after the LF one broke, and the cargo net I installed.. For a small sedan it's pretty handsome, albeit in a cutesy sort of way. I got it as a commuter car, letting my wife use my previous daily driver ('08 Pontiac G6 GXP). Needless to say the gas mileage is a huge improvement, but the Accent has a lot of charm.

Hmmm...certainly fits the definition of "Grocery Getter"...:D

Yeah that light blue is certainly unique. You just don't see many cars that color.
Seems like it was fairly popular option down here in FL, I see them around. More on the sedan than the hatch. There's one GS down here with the black mirrors and door handles, it looks awesome on that pale blue. I even left them a note on the windshield when I saw it parked at my mom's DR's office that they should consider painting that notch in the bottom of the rear bumper black as well.
