Looking for info on the PCV valve location. I have heard there are 2. Experiencing really rough idle and extreme loss of performance. Engine gets real hot and smokes after a short drive. Oil in air filter leading me to believe its a clogged PCV valve.

Anyone know where the 2 are located? I was only able to find the one on the front.

Another possible cause is the waste gate on the turbo could be partially open. When you are down there it may be a good time to change the oil seal, on the oil feed, to the turbine in the turbo. Its a cheap fix.

Thanks for the help guys. It’s still under warranty so I had it sent to the dealership. Being told there was an issue with the crankshaft position sensor and fuel injectors, both being replaced. Still no word on the source of the blow by, I’ll keep you updated.

Good news and bad news. Bad news is that they found no compression in one of the cylinders, good news is they’re going ahead with an engine replacement under warranty
