Hi everyone, I have got a 2012 h1/i800. The rear passenger side sliding door rattles when i drive. I don't see anything wrong with it. Has anyone come across this issue ? What could be wrong with it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi I have the same problem with the RH rear passenger sliding door, it is rattling when I drive on the road. I replaced the rollers yesterday during the service at Hyundai, but the door is still rattling. I found that when I am standing outside with the sliding door closed and the drivers door open - when I pull the door towards me, there is some play which is not present on the other side. I dont know if one can adjust the door in some way. This is very irritating.

I'm also experiencing this issue for quite some time now. 1st thought was with the roller, but as pieterjdupreez mentioned above, doesnt seem to solve the issue.I think it may be a case of the rubber stopper, am looking for this locally , if it solves the issue, will update here

Hi, i know this is and old post, but i had a same issue with my hyundai iMax 2016 (australian ver.) i found that my noise actually came from the lock switch (next to the inside opening handle). To fix it you just have to open the whole small panel that held by the screw behind that handle and tighten the lock screw.
