There is a known issue with the panoramic moonroof on the i45. Hyundai recommends you fix it when you get it serviced, but it's not a recall so it's optional. In 2011 they told me about this but I neglected to get it fixed. This was a mistake - about a month ago my blind stopped working and it actually collapsed! I took it in to be fixed but it was an inconvenience as the part took over a week to order in, and then I had to drop off the car for the whole day to be fixed. In short, my advice is - don't wait until it breaks before you fix it. Also, once you're out of warranty, it will become an even greater hassle, although this won't be an issue for several more years. If you're looking at buying an i45 second hand, check to see if the fix has already been done and if not, get it done. The easiest way to do it is just to get it done while you get the car serviced.
