I have an '05 Tucson 2.7L. A few months back I got the P0171 code and I believe the problem was a loose air filter hose. I fixed that and I had not gotten the code again until now. Now, I'm not sure what the issue is. I visually checked all the hoses and they seem good to me, but I'm no mechanic. I have all of the OBDII stats but I'm not real sure what I'm looking at. If someone could help me interpret them so I might be able to pin point the issue. I should also say that it must not be a constant issue because when I clear the code, it does not come back right away. This is all of the live data. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of all of the freeze frame data before I cleared the code.

At Idle:
SHRTFT1 - Stays near 0% but goes as high as 6% and as low as -4%
LONGFT1 - Holds steady at 13.3%
SHRTFT2 - Very similar to SHRTFT1
LONGFT2 - Holds steady at 10.2%
O2S11 - goes as high as .800 V and goes down to just under .100 V
O2S12 - Stays in the high .700's
O2S21 - Very similar to O2S11
O2S22 - Stays in the mid to low .700s

At 1500 RPM
All results were very similar

At 2500 RPM
Most results the same except O2S12 dropped down to about .235 V and O2S22 down to about .135 V

If I can provide more information, please let me know.

Your trims are adding fuel a bit at 10.2 and 13.3 percent as expected with a lean condition. O2 sensors look fine. What about load? Map and or Maf?

You may have a vacuum leak around the intake.
