Hello.
A few weeks ago my check engine light came on.......P0021 code.
Three days later the light went out.
A few days ago MIL came on again.......P0021 code.
Today MIL went out.
Does this warn me of potential CVVT issue or oil control valve problems?
Has anyone had this "on-off....on-off condition?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Thank you sbr711.
When I purchased the car in 2007 I also purchased the 10yr/100,000mi
Platinum Extended Warranty. ($1471) The car is still within the warranty parameters.
Hopefully this item will be covered.
Thanks again

So, a couple days ago my Check Engine light (MIL) returned, 1st time since Sept, 2013.
OBD code was P0021.
Immediately took the Azera to the Hyundai dealer.
Diagnosed problem to bank #2 (left side, the fun one) oil control valve.
Took approx 3 hours to diagnose and fix.
Luckily my extended insurance paid 100%.
Hopefully this has solved my problem.
No news is good news.
MORE SNOW THIS WEEKEND!!
