Could well be the rear main, but you need the supplying dealer to check. Is it covered under warranty that's the question it all depends on severity. The manufacturer likes to make things ambiguous.

My view is a modern car should be practically oil tight they have enough technology these days to do that.

Is that manual trans? I'm thinking that looks like gear oil and I've read a few stories of input shaft seals leaking on relatively new Hyundais.

Oil Leaking from clutch/flywheel housing can be three things, Rear Crankshaft Oil Seal (engine oil), Gearbox input shaft oil seal (gear oil) or Flywheel housing bung (engine oil) located above the crankshaft see photo. IMG-20200602-WA0000.jpg
