Hello,

I really hope this is just a stupid user trick. . . Just picked up a brand new 2014 Santa Fe GLS last Saturday. All works pretty good except for . . Wife and I have two cell phones (iPhone 5c & HTC One) and they both pair up to the car just fine. All the features work fine EXCEPT, when you make or receive phone calls the person you're talking to can't hear a thing. I don't think it's the mic in the vehicle because the voice commands seem to work fine.

Any ideas here other than taking it into the dealer?

Thanks in advance for any advice you may have.

Dont know how it's done on the iPhone, but on the HTC, make sure the Headset button it on (see attachment). Otherwise, swipe down your notification bar and long-press the Bluetooth icon to open your Bluetooth settings. Tap the settings button next to the entry for your car, and make sure Call audio is checked (must be connected to do so).
