I need a OBD2 Scanner
that can read codes
and fuel pressure and fuel trim and etc.
I would like to connect with my labtop
or lcd screen on the scanner, so I can read value
during scanning.

Any recommanded scanner for it?
Price range = below 500 or slightly above.
Cheaper is better.

If you have a smartphone you can get the Torque Pro app which is a full function OBDII scanner and data monitor. The app for Android is $5, you'll also need a Bluetooth OBDII adapter which is about $20 on Ebay, so your total expenditure will be $25.
There are units that will work with a laptop as well, a Google search should turn some up.

Another vote for Torque and ELM327 BT adapters. I've been using that combo now for a few years and their live monitoring features have drastically improved through the years.

Interested in this job need.
Precisely. If it is needed for a job, why did you post it specifically in a Sonata forum? If it is for a job, get an Autologic reader. This thing is great. It is pricey, but does a LOT more than just OBD reads.

Edit: Well, I haven't used one of these since I got rid of my BMW, but not sure what all it offers for Hyundai vehicles...

The Torque app with the Hyundai plug in is the best one I have seen and as long as you have an android phone it's relatively cheap. Under $50 for all.

Why not get the bluetooth ODBII adapter and get a bluetooth adapter for the laptop. $20 at most.

I tried to get Torque to work with my laptop but can't. The laptop sees the OBDII dongle but torque won't see the dongle on my windows XP laptop.

You can data log with torque then save the log as an excel file. Then read this on a laptop or desktop or load it up to the internet.
