Hi all, I installed in my 2004 sonata a new clutch. I could not engage the clutch when I tried. I tried to manually pull the bearing don't think it went anywhere.
I pulled it out, reinstalled, same problem.

The pedal is light then hard, like bottoming out. I just think the bearing isn't moving properly.

Any ideas, not sure where to go from here.

Any chance you installed the clutch disc backwards? Or maybe your clutch fork is bent or cracked?

Hard to comment without pictures or additional info, and I'm not sure what you mean when you say you tried to manually pull the bearing? What led to you replacing the clutch in the first place?
