Hi,

This is my first Hyundai! I picked up a 2018 Hyundai Elantra SEL with 9900 miles on it and so far everything is great. I noticed it has a DCT transmission and have watched a few videos on YouTube about them and how they work. Is there any tips I should follow to make is last a long time? I probably only drive 2-3k miles a year, anything out of state I either fly or will rent a car. I don't have a garage since I live in an apartment. I live in Raleigh NC so hardly any snow/ice or salt from being near the ocean.

I have been trying to adjust my habits of not creeping and slowly accelerating from a stop, but wanted to see any other tips to keep the DCT running good.

2018 Elantra SEL with 2.0L engine has a 6 speed automatic with torque converter. No special driving or adjustments/maintenance needed.
The DCT is used in the Elantra Eco with 1.4L engine.
