Should be easy to find, but can't seem to locate the vapor canister purge valve. I read it's near the charcoal canister, but I don't see it.

It's for a 2004 accent, base model

I don't see a canister purge valve at the fuel tank in this drawing. There is a couple of types of check valves.

The purge valve (Purge Control Solenoid Valve) is located at the rear of the engine...see below.

We don't have them here in UK/Europe but if your in the USA you'll have a canister close valve at the rear of the car, near the charcoal canister.

Purge is up on engine near throttle body,, look for hose off intake or throttle body and follow it to the valve (has a 2 wire connector on it

I am in the US. I have the one under the hood, and can find it no problems.

I still should have a canister close valve on the rear of the vehicle correct?

Yeah, the close valve under the car just aft of the driver's side rear wheel...I think :
