I was driving today behind a pick up truck and im guessing a piece of rock or debris flew up and hit my windshield right where my line of sight is. It is probably around quarter of an inch long. I don't feel any roughness on the inside of the windshield but definitely feel something on the outside of it. Im afraid that it will spread. What do you guys think I should do? contact my dealer or insurance etc? Any info would be greatly appreciated...

I actually called my insurance and they said that since it was small they can do it for free..
They set me up with an appointment with Safelite this morning and just came back. And they did a great job! of course it is impossible to have it 100% removed but I would say atleast 80% of it isnt visible anymore unless you look at it very closely. Oh and the other great thing was that this didnt affect my insurance in any way at all since it was so small.
