Location: Maine

Model: 2013 Tech Limited

Observation: On cold weather (single digit temp or lower) the Navigation Screen (NS) will start blinking. NS will blink for a few sec to a minute.

Question: Have any other user experience something similar?

i.e.: 22sec video. At the last second the screen starts working properly.

When: during startup. It seems that after cabin gets warmer the screen stops blinking.

If I were you, I would show that video to the dealer, and schedule an appointment one cold morning so they can verify it, and get it fixed. Sounds like a electrical connection issue related to temperature expansion/contraction.

Looks like the cable that sends the picture to the screen becomes disconnected slightly when it's cold. Cable could shrink just enough to disconnect slightly. Once it warms up the cable expands ever so slightly, but just enough to maintain a good connection. Either way get the dealer to fix it.

Took the SF for service yesterday and the mechanic knew about it. They are going to replace the unit. I will keep updating post as require.

Thanks all.
