Anyone notice that the MyHyundai site hasn't updated since 5/16/2018 2:03:58 PM PT?


I just got my oil changed and can't update the site because it won't let me put the mileage in. It is saying that the oil change mileage can't be more than current mileage since. The dealer told me that once they enter into their system it will upload the maintenance but that hasn't happened either. I guess they are having some technical difficulties.

I have never had any service update on that site. But it has accepted all my manual updates, including mileages.


I've also wondered what it actually takes for your reward points to update. I've got points, once in 3 years.

Mine's been updating...that said...when I talked to the support team on an unrelated topic...they told me the updates are done at the time of the monthly report...unless the customer does something manually.
