Did you ever get this figured out? I've also got an LG EnV Touch, that works, but I can't use the car controls - everything has to be done using the phone. I think I'm jsut technologically challenged.

Bald1: your situation appears to be the same as with mine. If I ever got the time I was going to take the phone and car to the Verizon plae and ask them if they could help... but on second thought, the last time I was there, the person supposedly helping me knew less than I did so that probably won't help.
