I've always had a van. My first van was a 1970 Dodge A-100 (flat-nose..think Scooby Doo) and I drove that thing for years. Up until 2004 that's all I drove was old 60's Dodge vans my last being a '69 Dodge A-100 with tried and true 318 V8. I then upgraded to a 1994 Dodge B250 conversion van in 2004 that the wife and I used for camping and that I would use to go to custom van shows with my club (North Chesapeake Bay Vans). That old girl lasted me 11 years and I had racked up close to 250,000 miles, but the rust worm took her away in 2015. I bought a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan in 2014 as a daily driver to take the load off the '94. The Grand Caravan was a faithful soldier for 8 years but she was beginning to nickel and dime me so I traded it in on 7/11/20 for my awesome 2012 Santa Fe GLS that only had 17,784 miles on the clock!

In the meantime back in 2017 I was getting the itch to get another full-size van. After perusing Craigslist for months I found a 1993 Chevy G20 conversion van that was 5 minutes from where I work. I went and took a look and I immediately made an offer. It was listed for $3000 but the deal was done for $2800. I had scored a 99% rust-free van with 91,000 miles. Over the course of 3 years I've done a few things here and there and this fall plan on building a basic but functional interior. Here's some pics.
