Just noticed one of my green valve caps on my tires is gone. I have the SE with the 18" tires. I guess the green is for nitrogen. Have no idea what happened to it. It doesn't look like a serious immediate thing. The tire isn't leaking any air that I know of. But where can I get a replacement? Do I go to the dealer for this?
I noticed the green valve caps and specifically asked the dealer if that indicated they were filled with Nitrogen.

I was told "No!".

The only place that uses Nitrogen in our area is Costco.

A green cap does mean it has nitrogen. It's sad when a dealer doesn't know something as small as that.

I agree! I'm glad to hear that my question wasn't as dumb as the dealer evidently thought.

I've found that the benefits of Nitrogen work as advertised.

If you are near a Costco store I'm sure they would gladly give you a green valve cap.

And what was advertised to you?
Jay Leno does a great job of explaining the benefits of Nitrogen at at www.getnitrogen.org.

In short, less loss of air pressure, longer tire life and greater fuel economy.

Enter your zip code on the website and they'll find the nearest place to add Nitrogen when needed.
