As far as I know green does mean nitrogen. PS, new Sonata's come with nitrogen from the shop now. We found tha out last month at dealer when trying to see if Canadian models had a TPS system.
Usually missing cap = someone stole it to replace a missing cap of theirs. My brother has had a few caps disapear, since they screw on there is no way they can fall off on their own.
You can get new ones from dealer but boy do they charge a lot. Went for one at Toyota for my brother and their list MSRP price was $7.99 Canadian each, guy said no way I'm going to charge that and did $2. Still a lot for a little piece of plastic.
