Hey Y’all. So in the dark I reversed the polarity of my kids battery and now we have some issues. A/C, power windows not working and there may be a drain. I wonder if I toasted the diodes on the alternator? Will look at more fuses tomorrow if it stops pouring rain. Aaarrrgghh. Thoughts?

If you're lucky (fingers-crossed) it should be just fuses. (y)

Highly unlikely.
There is a fuse on the engine fusebox to prevent that from happening. It's the MAIN fuse that is secured with screws/nuts. If that has blown the alternator wont be able to charge the battery.

What you should do is take your voltmeter and use it to test ALL the fuses. Using the meter saves you from having to pull each fuse out to look, so checking them all should only take 5 mins. Just switch the ignition on and use the meter to probe the little test terminals on top of each fuse. If you find a fuse that has 12V on one terminal and something different on the other that fuse is blown and should be replaced...
