Hey All,

I have a 2011 Sonata SE 104k miles. Had a new Serpentine belt installed today as well as a new Battery. After the battery was installed the check engine light came on and I took it to AutoZone for a free code read and it came back MAP Sensor. In my opinion the sensor shouldn't have been touched during install of either of the above procedures but who knows, Is this common when hooking up a new battery?

Check Engine light never was on before- wondering if this can be cleared or do I need to take it to a dealer. Thanks!

Disconnecting the battery causes the MAP sensor code. Plenty of posts about it on the forum already. Try using the search facility and I'm sure you'll get a few hits.
