I don't have my car yet (3 more weeks to go) but one of the things that I will look at is to make that red lens under the backup light light up. I know that one could buy the LED tail light upgrade but I don't see myself spending almost $500 on that - although it looks fabulous. I was thinking to just add some incandescent lamps in there. Has anyone looked onto that yet? Is there a mechanical interface for a bulb/bulbs? My understanding is that the wiring will have to be added but that should not be a problem.

there's no bulb hole if thats what you're asking

its a couple plastic screws and 3 10mm bolts to take out, have a look yourself
