It means Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle
I said I knew what it means - what I asked was there any differences besides the emissions and if any other 'non-Californians" had one...It means Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle
My sticker says "This vehicle is certified to meet emission requirements in all 50 states". City MPG 22, Highway 35.So my baby is a PZEV. I saw that on the sticker and I know what it means but I wonder why would they deliver this car to New York? Does anyone else have one?
Does anyone know of any differences in a PZEV vs a non-PZEV as far as mileage, performance, etc..
Thanks...
(Source: h e r e).Another way to measure an engine’s efficiency is whether it meets Ultra Low Emission Vehicle (ULEV) standards. It does, with a version of the four-cylinder meeting Partial Zero Emission Vehicle9 (PZEV) standards in some states.
Well, you might get to think you are, anyway. The Sonata PZEV loses 8HP over normal GLS/Limited, but you get to save the earth.
LOL - good that will counter-act the fact that I still use plastic bags at Wegmans...LOLThe Sonata PZEV loses 8HP over normal GLS/Limited, but you get to save the earth.
