I replaced my turn signals with led switchback bulbs and I'm trying to put the Load Resistors on and I have 2 questions.

1. Can I just put the other end of the resistor to a ground on the car or does it have to go to a ground wire?

2. Which wire is the power wire to the turn signal? The two pictures are to the wire harnesses that I have on the driver side and passenger side.

Question 1=ground wire
Question 2=get a meter, turn on the blinker , check each wire until you find your power pulse.

Appreciate the answer. I don't have a meter at home. I have one at work but was hoping someone would know which wire it was so I could get it done sooner. But thanks again. I'll just finish it on Monday.

Question 1 = whichever is most convenient/easy.
Ground is ground, so it really doesn't matter whether you connect to the lamps ground wire or directly to the car body.

Question 2 = Brown/Black wire would be my guess.
