Hi Guys,
Purchased a new IX35 in July just done about 1000 miles on the clock off late I have observed that the carpets were wet, the dealer has now done a complete investigation and found that water has been seeping through due to faulty windscreen and recon both the windscreen and the carpets need replacing as the carpets have started to rot. Further to this I am also having issues with the mileage, mine does about 24 miles to a gallon (first 2 weeks after delivery I was getting about 40 plus miles per gallon but this has dropped considerably). Has anyone else had any issues with the Bluetooth, I need to keeping mapping my Iphone with the bluetooth as the mapping gets reset every second day.

looks like I have ended up with a rotten egg..so many problems with my IX35.

Thanks
Ajay

Hi Guys,
I had to reject my IX35 as Hyundai failed to get the required parts, the rejection was finally accepted as FOS got involved. Not a good thing for a big company like Hyundai to make a customer wait for more than 3 months for parts. Will never buy a Hyundai as their customer service is very poor don't bother once the car is sold, also did not get much help from my local dealer through whom I purchased the IX35.

Thanks
Ajay
