This has been addressed already elsewhere on the forum. You have to go on to you phone in the Bluetooth settings for the individual Bluetooth device and select which contacts you want displayed. Many of us with tons of contacts have limited the upload to favorites so it doesn't take as long to upload. Hope this helps.

I have a 3G iPhone that has the latest version of iPhone software what ever that is. Go to settings/general/bluetooth, turn it on then choose the Sonata device by clicking on the arrow to the right of the screen. There you will find several choices on how to handle contacts. If you have groups you can choose to pair only certain groups or all. I am not sure how to do groups so I just pair all. It seems to take no time at all to pair up in the car and have the back up camera working. Others are reporting long wait times to get the phone paired, that has not been my experience with the iPhone and the Sonata. Hope this helps.
