Hyundai has sold slightly over 10,000 Ioniqs thru November of 2017 (December sales figures are not complete)
Combined with sister vehicle Kia Niro proves that the Koreans are set to make huge inroads on this dedicated hybrid/EV platform.

They are sharp looking IMHO. A bit small, but hatch will be good for carrying bulky things. If plug-in was available in 2017 in usa, I would have test driven. What is the EV range for phev and ev?

The PHEV is 45 miles electric only
The EV is right at 200 miles.
Don't hold me to those numbers... I'm going by memory.

Actually, the EV is rated at 110 miles for the 2017. The rumor has been that Hyundai would increase the range to 200 miles for the 2018 Ioniq EV -- though I'm not sure if that is to be an optional upgrade or something they will do for all 2018s.

The PHEV is rated to get 27 miles in EV mode, and an additional 590 miles in hybrid mode.
