installing an intake in my 2010 accent. got my K&N filter, now need my 2.75"piping. does anyone know where I can get 2.75" piping? any help appreciated. thx.

they have flexible tubing. if not you can go to a hardware store and use PVC pipes. or you can just order some online for better material.

absolutely NOT!

ABS should be the choice of material here. PVC doesn't hold onto its chlorine so well. once it gets heat in it, the chlorine can be released. this mixes with moisture in the air coming into your intake and creates hydrochloric acid. that stuff has a habit of eating anything it touches. long term on your engine internals....well i think we can all figure that one out.

this is actually why PVC is slowly disappearing from industry and why ABS drain pipes have become popular. PVC just isn't good for you or the environment.
