I'm interested in installing subwoofer in my new Hyundai i20.
I'm happy with my purchase overall, but the only thing that's bothering me, are low tunes. I'm very used to my 600W subwoofer on my computer, so it's hard for me to ignore it.

But I'm wondering if that would void Hyundai warranty, since it is somehow modification, and big part of the car will need to be disassembled ...
Does anyone have any experiences with installing subwoofer in Hyundai and later any problems with warranty?

It will require electrical modification and be a pretty obvious void warranty issue, you need audio channels from the head unit and an amp all wired in too.

The door cones are just screwed (not riveted) in place, some high quality replacements while not giving the same impact as a huge sub could improve things and be far more..... discrete.

It's something I have considered but my tunes don't tend to go down far, I do have the EQ on the car adding a bit of extra bass but past a certain point... yeah. It's stock car audio.
